We offer free standard shipping to eligible United States addresses, with no minimum order amount. All orders are dispatched from Marrakech, Morocco.

We prepare and pack each confirmed order within 1 business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Each felt sculpture is carefully packed using protective packaging designed to preserve its shape during international transportation.

There are no additional handling or packaging fees.

Estimated Delivery Times — 8–16 Business Days

Our estimated delivery times for orders shipped to the United States are:

• International shipping transit: 7–15 business days after dispatch

• Total estimated delivery time: 8–16 business days from order confirmation

All delivery estimates are expressed in business days, excluding weekends and relevant public holidays.

These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations and Origin

Qb Threads offers free standard international shipping to eligible addresses within the United States.

All orders are shipped directly from Marrakech, Morocco, not from a warehouse in the United States.

Shipping availability for individual addresses is determined during checkout.

Our shipments are handled by an international shipping service provider.

Expedited shipping is not currently offered.

Shipping and Packaging Costs

There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free standard shipping.

All standard shipping, handling, and protective packaging costs are covered by Qb Threads and included in our product pricing.
