30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, your item must be:

• Unused and undamaged

• In its original condition

• Complete, with all included components

• Returned in its original protective packaging

Items damaged or materially altered after delivery are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

To be eligible, you must contact us to request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

Please provide:

• Your order number

• The reason for your return

• Photographs if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, where available

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

All approved physical returns must be sent by mail to the address provided by our support team.

Please wait for return authorization before shipping your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs, where available.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a refund or replacement where available. If a return is required because of a qualifying product issue or our error, Qb Threads will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Restocking fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Standard shipping within the United States is free. Any additional shipping charges, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned item.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund in your account.

Any refund of original shipping charges, where applicable, will be handled according to the terms disclosed at checkout and applicable consumer-protection laws.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
