Standard shipping to eligible United States addresses is free ($0.00 USD). There is no minimum order amount, and protective packaging is included.

When will my order arrive?

Order preparation is estimated at 1 business day, with international transit of 7–15 business days after dispatch. The total estimated delivery time is 8–16 business days, excluding relevant weekends and public holidays. Delays may occur. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Will I have to pay US import duties?

No. Qb Threads covers applicable US import duties and customs-related charges associated with delivery. If a carrier requests such payment, contact us before paying.

Can I return my order?

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer.
