Purchasing a finished decorative felt sculpture from Qb Threads is straightforward. Here's what you can expect before and after placing an order.

1. Choose your sculpture

Browse our Felt Animal Sculptures collection. Product pages provide photos, dimensions, price and current availability. All items are finished decorative pieces, not children's toys or craft kits.

2. Complete checkout

Review your order, delivery address, and the final amount in checkout. Standard shipping to eligible US addresses is free ($0.00 USD), with protective packaging included. Qb Threads is responsible for applicable US import duties and customs-related charges.

3. We prepare your order

Confirmed orders are prepared and packaged within 1 business day. Orders are dispatched from Marrakech, Morocco, not from a US warehouse.

4. Your order is delivered

Estimated international transit is 7–15 business days after dispatch, for a typical total estimate of 8–16 business days including preparation. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Where available, tracking details are shared after dispatch.

5. Need assistance or a return?

Eligible return requests can be made within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us before mailing a return so we can provide the proper instructions and return address.
