Terms of Service

Effective October 22, 2026. Qb Threads operates an online store offering finished decorative felt animal sculptures. The store is administered from Morocco and serves customers in the United States.

Products

Our felt animal sculptures are decorative collectibles, not children's toys, pet products, DIY kits or live animals. Product images and descriptions explain the figure offered, its stated dimensions and care requirements. Colors may appear slightly different across screens.

Orders, price and availability

Prices and checkout amounts are displayed in USD. Items are subject to availability, and we currently maintain one piece in stock at a time for our White Lioness Cub. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we'll contact you and arrange an appropriate refund. Checkout must successfully authorize payment before an order is accepted.

Shipping

Standard shipping to eligible US addresses and protective packaging are included in the price. We normally prepare orders in 1 business day and estimate 2–5 business days of transit after dispatch from Marrakech, Morocco. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs delays and any applicable import duties or taxes may be outside our control. Read our Shipping Policy.

Returns and consumer rights

For details on eligibility, instructions and refunds, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Intellectual property

Our original website writing, branding, artwork and photography must not be commercially reproduced without authorization. This does not restrict lawful consumer rights.
