Free standard shipping to the United States. Your shipping charge is $0.00 USD, and protective packaging is included in the product price. Orders are dispatched from Marrakech, Morocco.

Order preparation: 1 business day

We prepare and pack each confirmed order within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared on the next business day. Each felt sculpture is packed with care to protect its shape during transit, with no additional packaging fee.

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Our standard international shipping estimate to the United States is 2–5 business days in transit after dispatch. Including order preparation, the typical estimated time from order confirmation to delivery is 3–6 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates; customs processing, carrier delays, and public holidays may affect delivery.

Shipping destinations and origin

We offer free standard shipping to eligible United States addresses. All orders ship from Marrakech, Morocco, not from a US warehouse. An expedited shipping option is not currently offered.

Shipping and packaging costs

Standard US shipping: FREE ($0.00 USD). Secure protective packaging is already included in the price of the sculpture. There is no minimum order amount to use our standard US shipping service.

Customs, import charges and taxes

International import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply depending on the destination and applicable law. Free shipping covers the shipping and packing we charge; it does not necessarily include fees charged by customs authorities, if any.
