Returns & Refunds Policy

At Qb Threads, we want you to feel confident when ordering a finished decorative felt sculpture. Please read the return conditions below before purchasing.

30-day return period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the sculpture must be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in its original protective packaging. Items that have been damaged or materially altered after delivery are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

How to start a return

Contact our support team or email contact@qbthreads.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Wait for approval and the correct return address before mailing anything. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Return delivery costs

For a change-of-mind return, customers pay the return shipping cost and should use a tracked service. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with photographs. We'll arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required. Initial standard US shipping is free; any separate expedited or other shipping fees, if offered later, are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.

Restocking fees: We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an authorized return, we'll notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the amount.

Exceptions and legal rights

Any custom-made or personalized products, if offered, will state their return eligibility before purchase. Nothing in this policy limits rights granted by applicable consumer-protection law.
